I hesitated for a long time before writing this review. You offer your services as a parcel collection point. You have a responsibility to be present during your opening hours for your customers. Your hours are already very (too?) restrictive for people who work standard shifts. If you also reschedule or even cancel certain time slots, it becomes impossible to pick up or drop off parcels. Yet, over the past few months, I have been affected by your lack of diligence several times (at least ten times). The result is parcels returned to the sender because I couldn't pick them up in time, and dozens of minutes wasted in front of your closed store door with other customers who are also waiting. This is unacceptable. It might happen occasionally, but it's far too frequent. You are the only parcel collection point in the neighborhood; if you are not capable of honoring this commitment, leave it to someone else. I hope this review resonates with you and leads to some changes. Sincerely

It's so frustrating when these pickup points don't respect their opening hours! I've been caught out twice at this one... And there wasn't a single note on the door (except for the one from February 7th, and it's March 31st now...). Everyone is free to work flexible hours and come to work whenever they want, but in that case, they should delegate or remove themselves from the list of pickup points.
